LEMTRANS invites audit firms to participate in the TENDER FOR AUDITORS TO PROVIDE A MANDATORY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AUDIT
The purpose of the tender is to select, on a competitive basis, an audit firm for auditing 2019 financial statements of LEMTRANS LLC. Auditors that meet the requirements established by the Law of Ukraine “On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing”, as well as the requirements specified in the Auditor Tender Process Procedure, are allowed to take part in the tender. The terms of reference and other necessary information are given in the tender documentation provided free of charge to auditors who have stated willingness to participate in the tender, at their request. Tender start date – November 11, 2019. Deadline for submitting documents – November 20, 2019 until 12 PM Kyiv time. Tender proposals received after the deadline for their submission or submitted not in full, or in violation of the tender terms, are not to be considered. Financial statements and any other information of LEMTRANS LLC can be provided, if needed, and at the tender participant’s request.
