10 million 3 thousand 717 adults and children's survival kits on the Donbass on both sides of the contact line issued the Humanitarian Headquarters of Rinat Akhmetov from August 2014. During two years of work, civilians from over 500 cities and villages in Donetsk and Luhansk regions received help from the Staff. This was announced during a press briefing at the Ukrainian News Agency, head co-ordinator Rimma Fil .           

"Today, the Rinat Akhmetov's headquarters issued 10 million sets of survival to the peaceful residents of the Donbas on both sides of the contact line. This is a help for the most vulnerable categories of residents: 70% of recipients of assistance are pensioners, 6% are invalids. Also products from the Headquarters are large families, single parents, orphans, children under the age of 3 years. These people are the most affected by the war. For them and their families, food kits are not just charity but a means of survival, "said Rimma Fil.

To form and issue such a number of sets the headquarters has delivered to the logistics centers in Donetsk and Mariupol 115 thousand. tons of products. For the transport of such volume of humanitarian cargo 256 freight containers from 5 771 wagons were sent.     

Total help from the Rinat Akhmetov's Headquarters was provided by civilians from more than 500 cities and villages of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in which there are stationary points of extradition and where mobile brigades have been visited. Monthly, the Headquarters issues about 400,000 sets of grocery items.

" Rinat Akhmetov's help is vital to people. Especially for the inhabitants of the remote area and sat down along the line of fire. We are helping mobile brigades that help them. They provided over 218 thousand sets to residents of 425 settlements in the Donbas, "said Rimma Fil.     

In October 2016, the mobile brigades of the Rinat Akhmetov's Headquarters will cover more than 70 settlements. Volunteers have already delivered grocery kits to Novotroitsk, Kirov, Svyatogorsk. Planned trips to Sands, Experimental, Gnutovo, Talakovka, Mayorsk, Zhovankoy, where bombardment is still ongoing.

In October, the Rinat Akhmetov's headquarters has already sent 6 convoys with products to the Donbass. By the end of the month it is planned to deliver another 175 thousand sets.
