Today, January 30, at 13:00, due to heavy raids in Donetsk, the humanitarian headquarters of Rinat Akhmetov shut down all the points for the issuance of humanitarian aid by the end of the day for the safety of residents and volunteers.  

In particular, the projectile fell in close proximity to the DK im. Kuibyshev, where the headquarters of humanitarian assistance is located. Peaceful people were killed.
