On August 12, Rinat Akhmetov held a working meeting with the Humanitarian Staff's activist, thanking everyone for his tremendous work during the year to save the civilians of the Donbas, who were in trouble.  

"I want to say thank you to each of you. You all year systemically, 24 hours a day, help people survive. And I'm deeply convinced: if you do not perceive someone else's pain as your own, without soul and heart, it is impossible to do the work that you do! So I want to thank you so much! In a terrible dream I could not dream that we and we will save our fellow countrymen from starvation. Help them survive. The word is terrible - "to survive", but it is true. You know best how our help helps, how its people are waiting ", - Rinat Akhmetov emphasized. 

Heads of departments told the head of the staff about the peculiarities of work, the existing problems, how people take care and what issues require priority attention.   

As of August 12, the Humanitarian Headquarters issued 4 million grocery sets to the peaceful inhabitants of the Donbas. "The headquarters is fully operational," said Head of the Staff, Grigory Koldunov.        

"Rinat Akhmetov conveyed sincere words of gratitude to each volunteer who worked during the year at the Headquarters. Huge, thank you very much! The meeting was very warm. We analyzed what was done, talked a lot about how we would continue to help. Rinat Akhmetov once again said that the Donbass was in his heart forever, and he did not leave him for a moment . His help will be needed, he will help, "said Rimma Fil, humanitarian head co-ordinator Rinat Akhmetov after the meeting.

• 4 014 465 grocery sets for adults were issued 

• 290,164 children's products

• 500,000 people receive monthly product assistance  

• 4,910 people received targeted assistance (with the help of SCM Group companies - 20,195 people)

• More than 23,000 children received help from psychologists

• 1942 children were rehabilitated within the framework of the program "Peaceful summer - Children of Donbass" (600 children - in a children's camp on the Sea of ​​Azov, 1342 children were resting at children's summer centers).
