Humanitarian aid from Rinat Akhmetov will be received by residents of four more cities of the Donbas

The humanitarian headquarters of Rinat Akhmetov expands the geography of work and plans to open in December new points for the delivery of humanitarian assistance. So, the grocery sets from the Chief will be able to get in Gorlovka, Zuevka and Torez in the Donetsk region, as well as in Sverdlovsk, Lugansk region. This was announced today at a press briefing by Human Rights Coordinator Rimma Fil.

"Rinat Akhmetov instructed the Humanitarian Headquarters to provide maximum assistance to their countrymen, civilians in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. That is why the Headquarters expands the geography of assistance. Our volunteers have already delivered more than a million product sets for civilians in 57 districts and settlements of the Donbas. Now work is underway to find premises in Gorlovka, Zuevka, Toreza, Sverdlovsk. Security issues are also being explored. We hope that the inhabitants of these cities will be able to receive humanitarian aid from Rinat Akhmetov soon, where active military operations are taking place, where a difficult humanitarian situation is taking place, "said Rimma Fil humanitarian coordinator, during a press briefing today . 

According to the data of the Humanitarian Map of the situation and needs of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in the listed cities the demand for food is: in Gorlovka - 50%, in Zuyevka - 49%, in Sverdlovsk - 30%.

The aid will be distributed among people who belong to the categories previously established by the headquarters. It is planned that 20 thousand people will be able to receive such assistance in Gorlovka, as well as 11 thousand people in Zuevka, Toreza and Sverdlovsk.

Recall that since December 1, residents of Makeyevka assistance is issued on the ice arena "Friendship" in Donetsk. According to the Map, 40% of townspeople noted the acute need for food. Also, at the Donbas Arena stadium, special children's sets continue to receive Makeyev families with children under the age of two.
