Lemtrans summed up the implementation of its investment program in 2017. When compared to 2016 the capital investments grew 5 times i.e. from 109 to 562 million UAH.

Main assets were directed on the purchase of new railcars and major overhauls. The investment program in 2017 also provided both modernization and maintenance of the existing railcar-repair facilities, including significant equipment renewal, promoting better quality of the repair to be executed.

The current activity and investments of the company are financed mainly at the expense of its own assets.
