Lemtrans, the largest private freight forwarding company in Ukraine, ranked 279th in the annual rating of the largest companies in Central and Eastern Europe, compiled by Deloitte, an international audit and consulting company.
During the year, Lemtrans rallied from 435 to 279 (+156), while the company's revenue grew by 44.6%.
"The current result is an additional confirmation of the correctness of the chosen development strategy of the company. I am sure that we have significant potential for further growth, "said Vladimir Mezentsev, General Manager of the company.
The Deloitte study "TOP 500 largest companies in Central and Eastern Europe" is held for the 6th time, and companies from 18 countries of the region are analyzed. In the current rating, 51 Ukrainian companies are represented, while the total revenue growth for the year amounted to 16.2%.

The main areas of activity are: transport and forwarding services for domestic and export-import cargo transportation, as well as repair of rolling stock.
To date, LLC Lemtrans operates more than 13,500 units of rolling stock. The volume of cargo carried by the results of 2012 amounted to more than 51 million tons.
