Marta Moonen joined SCM in October 2007 as HR Manager and took office of HR Director in August 2010.
Before SCM she gained HR expertise at various businesses. Particularly, she headed HR department at Baker Tilly Ukraine (independent member of Baker Tilly International) from October 2005 till October 2007 and earlier, in December 2002 - October 2004, she served as a leading HR specialist in Utel telecom company.
At SCM Ms Moonen deals with recruiting, realizing HR policies and procedures and developing systems for employee appraisal, career planning, motivation, rotation and promotion.
Marta Moonen graduated from the Kyiv National Linguistic University with a degree in Business Management.
She has been a Supervisory Board member of Lemtrans since 2019.
