Within the framework of the cooperation agreement concluded between Dneprodzerzhinsk vocational school and LLC Lemtrans , students of the educational institution have been practicing at the company's production site.

Students of the Dneprodzerzhinsk Higher Vocational School have been practicing in assembling and trolley shops, as well as in the site for servicing and repairing equipment of the car depot equipment Dneprodzerzhinsk LLC Lemtrans .

Under the direction of mentors, future specialists received practical skills in such specialties as "electric gas welder", "electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment", "machine tool for a wide profile".

Lemtrans  for five years has become an educational and applied platform for students of vocational schools. Students get acquainted with the production cycle of the enterprise, as well as features of work on modern equipment.

"An important task for us is to increase the efficiency of the production process and improve the quality of rolling stock repair. This, in turn, requires a serious approach to the training of specialists who can carry out production tasks of any degree of complexity. We plan to further strengthen this direction in the future ", said Anna Vishnyakova, head of the personnel department of" Lemtrans "company.
