On November 11, the conference "The Railway Rolling Stock Market 2011" was held in Moscow, within the framework of which discussed the actual issues of production and operation of rolling stock.

The conference brought together over 200 participants, among them the largest industry experts from the CIS and Baltic countries. The company Lemtrans  at the event was represented by Director for Development and Investments Sergey Zazorin.

"The issue of rolling stock renewal for the company is a priority in terms of development strategy. Lemtrans only since the beginning of this year has replenished the park with 1380 new units of gondola cars. Therefore, issues of modernization, repair and operation of the car parks are especially important for us, "Mr. Zazorin said.

"In addition, the problem of the shortage of carriage casting is currently acute for the Ukrainian market. Our Russian colleagues are already purchasing molding in China, and plans are for supplying this type of product from France. For Ukraine, the experience of Russian colleagues is particularly topical, " said Sergey Zazorin.
