"The first half of 2018 was not easy. We felt a drop in traffic volumes for several nomenclatures of goods. The tendency to worsening of the quality indicators has remained, — says Vladimir Mezentsev, the General Manager of Lemtrans. — First of all, the lack of locomotive and diesel traction on certain sections of the road leads to the increase in the turnover time of the car and has a negative effect. It is also adversely affected by the fact that many shippers do not comply with the standard terms of loading and unloading, turning wagons into warehouses on wheels".
